Chief Dr. Doliwura Zakaria is a renowned scholar and traditional leader in Ghana. He has an extensive and distinguished career spanning multiple fields, including leadership, networking, lobbying, resource mobilization, public sector financial management, auditing, monitoring, and evaluation.
As a chief in the Kusawgu Traditional Area in the Savannah Region of Ghana, Chief Dr. Doliwura has served his community with dedication. He was the Chief of Staff and Spokesperson for the King of the Gonja Kingdom (Yagbonwura Tuntumba Boresa-1) from 2010 to 2023.
Dr. Doliwura holds a PhD in Public Policy Administration from Walden University, USA. Additionally, he has a Master's degree in Economic Policy Management and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Ghana.
